The Company commits to adhere to global standards of best business practices

Its Whistle-Blowing Policy aims to protect all members of the Company from detrimental treatment for whistle-blowing in good faith. It includes procedures that encourage concerned individuals to report suspected cases of misconduct, malpractice, and fraudulent activity in a proper, responsible and effective manner without any fear of reprisal, disciplinary action, retaliation or any form of harassment.

Its Related-Party Transactions Policy provides guidelines, procedures standard practices by which the Company — including members of the Board and Management Officers — may enter into a related-party transaction (RPT) that is compliant with regulatory and good governance practices. All transactions with affiliates and other related parties are entered into via the ordinary course of business, where terms are not favourable in comparison to those offered to unconnected third parties in similar circumstances.
