Qualification:
  • College Graduate Preferably Marketing Or Business Or IT Related Background
  • ‘Strategy Development – Able to create vision for assigned categories and applies consumer, customer and competitive insight to define short and long term brand strategies relating to product, pricing, distribution, and A&P support.
  • Brand and Positioning Management – Able to build brand equity through integrated advertising or activation plans aligned to identified positioning and branding guidelines.
  • Marketing & Brand Communications – Demonstrates the ability to create integrated marketing and communications plans to effectively market products and brands to target audiences.
  • Events Management – Knowledge in organizing events and programs as part of promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing – Knowledge in creating digital strategies and activities to promote campaigns and products, as aligned to the overall brand strategy.
  • Project Management – Able to lead multifunctional projects and coordinate with cross-functional team efficiently and effectively.
  • Market Research – Gather useful information about target audiences to help develop programs and marketing campaigns. Demonstrates knowledge and application of research methodologies.
  • Innovations/ New Product Launch – Able to execute major product launches.
  • Financial Management – Able to manage category P&L effectively, develop pricing recommendations, and applies understanding of the linkage between spending, programs and business results in developing brand plans that yield profitable growth.

Qualification:
  • Co-develop digital, media and insight strategy with brands team, as part of their annual marketing plans.
  • Develop brand digital priorities (including website engagement optimization, new product launches/campaign integrations, brand activations within a new platform and CRM strategy) and gain alignment across brand teams enabling them to translate it to short and long term strategies and activity plans.
  • Co-develop with the brand teams the digital consumer journeys across all consumer touch points that reach relevant audiences, leveraging own media and digital content platforms (e.g. websites, apps, mobile).
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across various digital platforms including search, programmatic, display, direct buys, social and content marketing.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and developments.
  • Leverage insights and data from across multiple technologies/ digital tools/ platforms at every point of the integrated consumer journey (Path to Purchase) to perform advanced analytics to address issues and maximize opportunities.
