Qualification:
  • Candidate must hold a college degree, with preference on the following specialization: Marketing, Communication, Management or any Business related course.
  • The position will require a minimum of 5 years management experience, with strong experience on the following:
    1. Strategy Development – Able to create vision for assigned categories and applies consumer, customer and competitive insight to define short and long term brand strategies relating to product, pricing, distribution, and A&P support.
    2. Brand and Positioning Management – Able to build brand equity through integrated advertising or activation plans aligned to identified positioning and branding guidelines.
    3. Marketing & Brand Communications – Demonstrates the ability to create integrated marketing and communications plans to effectively market products and brands to target audiences.
    4. Events Management – Knowledge in organizing events and programs as part of promotional strategies and campaigns.
    5. Project Management – Able to lead multifunctional projects and coordinate with cross-functional team efficiently and effectively.
    6. Innovations/ New Product Launch – Able to execute major product launches.
    7. Financial Management – Able to manage category P&L effectively, develop pricing recommendations, and applies understanding of the linkage between spending, programs and business results in developing brand plans that yield profitable growth.
