- Brand and Positioning Management – Able to build brand equity through integrated advertising or activation plans aligned to identified positioning and branding guidelines.
- Marketing & Brand Communications – Demonstrates the ability to create integrated marketing and communications plans to effectively market products and brands to target audiences.
- Events Management – Knowledge in organizing events and programs as part of promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing – Knowledge in creating digital strategies and activities to promote campaigns and products, as aligned to the overall brand strategy.
- Project Management – Able to lead multifunctional projects and coordinate with cross-functional team efficiently and effectively.
- Market Research – Gather useful information about target audiences to help develop programs and marketing campaigns. Demonstrates knowledge and application of research methodologies.
- Innovations/ New Product Launch – Able to execute major product launches.
- Financial Management – Able to manage category P&L effectively, develop pricing recommendations, and applies understanding of the linkage between spending, programs and business results in developing brand plans that yield profitable growth.
